At the Top takes you by lift to the observation decks on levels 124 and 125, with an open-air terrace and views over the Gulf, the Palm and the desert. Tickets are timed; the sunset slot (about an hour before sunset) is the most popular and costs more. The Sky ticket adds level 148 with a lounge and refreshments.
Entry is through the Dubai Mall, and the fountains below play every 30 minutes in the evening, so the visit combines naturally with dinner in Downtown.
