Cancellation: free up to 24 hours before the scheduled start or pickup time. Later cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. Experiences cancelled by the operator for weather or safety reasons are refunded in full.

Some activities are unsuitable for pregnant guests, young children or guests with back, neck or heart conditions; the activity pages on Dubai Parks Tickets say which. Guests take part at their own risk.

Payment terms depend on the operator and are shown before booking. Balances payable on the day are due on arrival in AED.
