The largest waterpark in the world, on the Palm: 105 slides, a private beach and the Leap of Faith.
Aquaventure is the waterpark everyone has seen pictures of: the near-vertical Leap of Faith through a shark tank, the Trident Tower slides, a long lazy river with rapids, and a kilometre of beach with views of the Palm. It is the biggest waterpark by area in the world and needs a full day.
Tickets include the beach and, on most days, the Lost Chambers aquarium. Lockers, towels and cabanas cost extra; arrive at opening to get sunbeds by the water. In summer, the water is warm and the slides run from 10 am; in winter the pools are heated.
